Direction of the Texas Balance of State CoC is provided by its members through the Texas Balance of State Representatives planning council and its committees that report to it. These committees are:
1. Assessment Committee (coordinates Point-in-Time Count/Survey, Needs/Gaps Analysis, etc.)
2. Planning Committee (reviews plans to end homelessness; Exhibit I review; develops/approves resources for BoS agencies)
3. HUD CoC Grant committee (project proposal development; Request for Proposals review; reviews project scoring tool and method)
4. HMIS committee (reviews policy implementation)
