We encourage you to check out materials out from our library. Registered THN members may check out resources free of charge; nonmembers are charged a fee of $5.00 per item. From the Assessing the New Federalism Urban Institute project, THN has recently received "The New Federalism and State Tax Policies toward the Working Poor," and "Child Care Patterns of School-Age Children with Employed Mothers." These papers are from a series that analyzes information from household surveys, studies of policies in 13 states, a database with information on all states and the District of Columbia.
