THN staff

Ken Martin is currently the Executive Director of the Texas Homeless Network (THN) whose mission is: To strengthen communities and partnerships to prevent and eliminate homelessness. THN offers a wide array of training and technical assistance ranging from Continuum of Care planning, Annual Performance Reporting, HMIS workshops, Discharge Planning workshops and implementation of Continuum of Care grants assistance. Previously, Ken was the Supportive Housing Program Manager for Tarrant County (Community Development Division) and was responsible for managing the Supportive Housing Program, Emergency Shelter (entitlement) and HOPWA (competitive) grants received by Tarrant County.
Ken has a degree in business and ten years experience in casework through Child Protective Services, and eight years experience working for Tarrant County as the Supportive Housing Program Manager. Ken has over twenty years of experience in business, program management and social services.
