Logic Model Workshop (full day)

 

What: This full day workshop is designed to cover an overview of Logic models, a discussion of why HUD is requiring a logic model the benefits of developing and implementing logic models, and how to prepare a HUD logic model.

 

Other topics will include:

  • Developing performance measurement systems;
  • Differences between outputs and outcomes;
  • Developing appropriate evaluations plans; and
  • Evaluating your project-specific logic model

 

The workshop will involve training activities that will assist participants in developing, reviewing and evaluating HUD logic models. During the workshop, participants will be provided technical assistance in developing a logic model for projects that may be submitted in the 2006 funding cycle .

Who: This training is intended for the people that will be writing the grant. It is most relevant to Development Directors and senior staff responsible for implementing the programs and setting the performance measures.
