If you are the 1 in 9 Texas renters behind on their rental payments, here is what you need to know. 

To our understanding, you still are protected from eviction due to non-payment of rent.*

All you need to do is provide your landlord with a signed declarative statement. We strongly recommend making a copy for your records and sending it to the landlord via traceable mail.
