CoC Performance Manager
THN is seeking to hire a CoC Performance Coordinator. This role leads the support of agencies funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Veterans Administration, and the Texas Department of Housing, and Community Affairs in the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care (TX BoS CoC). This position will support staff in developing strategies for specific sub-populations and strengthening local housing crisis response systems. This is a supervisory position and this person will lead a team of two (2) staff, the Planning and Policy Coordinator and the Planning and Engagement Coordinator. This position will develop and maintain a performance monitoring system for CoC Program-funded projects in the TX BoS CoC, including leading the biennial Continuum of Care Program Competition.

Housing Solutions Project Manager
THN is seeking to hire a Housing Solutions Project Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing the critical aspects of the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund project. The goal of the project is to provide stable housing and supportive services to families in need, beginning with veteran-led households. The position will develop a comprehensive plan for utilizing the project funds to prevent and end family homelessness within the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care (TX BoS CoC).  

AmeriCorps VISTA Project Coordinator
THN is seeking to hire an AmeriCorps VISTA Project Coordinator to manage our statewide team of AmeriCorps VISTA members. The position will require a commitment to enhancing the capacity of our organization and other Texas-based non-profits to serve vulnerable populations. As the Project Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for meeting with current VISTA members, and site supervisors, and recruiting for open positions.

Texas Homeless Network (THN) is a non-profit membership-based organization that has been helping communities strategically plan to prevent and end homelessness since 1991. THN serves as the host agency for the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care where we assist 215 counties through technical assistance, training, and development of a coordinated response to end homelessness. Through our Statewide Initiatives, we coordinate local and national advocacy efforts, data collection, and research, and host an annual statewide conference. Texas Homeless Network is the only statewide organization in Texas dedicated to addressing homelessness.
