Emergency Solutions Grant Specialist
Texas Homeless Network seeks to fill the position of full time Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Specialist. With the possibility of remote work, don’t let where you live deter you from this opportunity. This position will support ESG subrecipients in the TX BoS CoC funded by ESG CARES Act (ESG CV) funding. This position will evaluate outcomes of ESG-CV funded projects and provide technical assistance, education and training to subrecipients to improve performance. Emergency Solutions Grant Data Specialist
Texas Homeless Network (THN) is looking for an analytical and tech-savvy Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Data Specialist to join our Data Team. This staff person will work closely with the THN Planning Team to support ESG sub-recipients with data and reporting matters, including monitoring outcomes and assessing areas for improvement. The ESG Data Specialist will focus mainly on the database aspects of ESG funding by providing robust technical assistance, education, and training to sub-recipients. This staff person will also be responsible for overseeing new ESG technical updates and assist with designing and implementing those updates into our system to seamlessly support ESG data collection and reporting requirements. This is a full time position with the possibility of remote work, so don’t let where you live deter you from this opportunity! RFP: A Gaps Analysis for the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care
Conducting an annual gaps analysis of the needs of people experiencing homelessness and services available within the geographic area is a Continuum of Care planning requirement outlined in the Continuum of Care Program Interim Rule. THN, as the Lead Agency for the TX BoS CoC, has not conducted a gaps analysis in several years. Through this RFP, the selected Applicant will provide Texas Homeless Network with a gaps analysis for the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care. Learn more about how to apply here.
RFP: THN Media Content Creation
Through this RFP, the selected applicant will provide Texas Homeless Network with a selection of videos that feature our staff, our work, and our partner agencies. The goal of this project is to increase awareness about homelessness and how to end it to stakeholders across our state, as well as to increase the visibility THN as a leader in these issues. By creating thoughtful, professional, and compelling media, we aim to create a stronger story of our impact and the types of ways people can engage in work with us and alongside us.
