THN Cancellation & Refund Policies

Texas Homeless Network Merch Sales Refund Policy

Texas Homeless  Network appreciates every person who donates to receive our limited edition merch. Each dollar fuels our work to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Due to our nonprofit structure, we do not have the capacity to process returns or exchanges at this time. All sales of t-shirts, stickers, or any other merch purchased are final. If you have questions about our policy, please email development@thn.org and we’ll do everything in our power to assist you.
