Housing Solutions Family Mentor
Texas Homeless Networks (THN) seeks to further the mission of ending homelessness by developing projects that collaborate with organizations across the Balance of State to identify and fill the gaps within the current housing system. The Housing Solution team will be launching our first two pilot projects in 2026, meaning this position will require flexible, creative, and self-motivated candidates.
The Housing Solutions Family Mentor will play a vital role in THN’s Family Trust project which invests directly in families experiencing and at-risk of homelessness. This position is responsible for identifying, enrolling, engaging, and case managing families within the Laredo area of the Texas Balance of State (BoS) Continuum of Care. The Mentor will ensure that families are compassionately matched, enrolled, and supported throughout their participation in the Family Trust Project.
Development Manager
Texas Homeless Network seeks an experienced and motivated Development Manager to grow and diversify our fundraising portfolio while amplifying the impact of our development efforts. The primary focus of this role is securing funding through major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
The Development Manager will also play a key role in planning THN’s annual Texas Conference on Ending Homelessness and other events as needed, working collaboratively across departments to engage sponsors, attract attendees, and showcase the organization’s statewide impact.

Internships and Work-Study Opportunities at Texas Homeless Network
Help end homelessness in Texas while building your resume. Texas Homeless Network’s internship opportunities give current or recently graduated students the opportunity to make a difference and gain skills. Each intern is given the opportunity to have a flexible schedule that works with other life responsibilities, a modest stipend, and a chance to do partial remote work from your own home!
