Update on Safety Nets for Students and Families Project + Grant deadlines

We are excited to share information on 5 planned December events as part of the Safety Nets for Students and Families project and an update on the grant deadlines. All updated project information can always be found HERE.

Grant Deadlines:  Apply soon!  We are reviewing and awarding funds on a rolling basis until we are out of funds.  If you would like to be considered in the first round of funding, please turn in your preliminary application by November 27, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. (you will be notified if approved for the full proposal). If you want to be considered in the second round of funding, please turn in your application by January 7, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. All grants will be awarded by February 28, 2019.  All grant information is HERE.

December Events:

We have the following events planned in December and are still scheduling more — join us!  Help us invite others!  These are FREE, food and CEUs provided.

December 6th, Victoria: Strengthening Collaboration for Homeless Students and Families – December 6, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Location: 803 Pine Street, Victoria. Coffee and treats will be provided.

December 12th, Beaumont: Addressing Trauma, Strengthening Collaboration for Homeless Students and Families – Click here for details/registration
